Independence Celebration Parade
The parade will be July 6, 2025 at 2:00pm. The parade route will be from Brunswick Middle School to Brunswick High School via Manhattan Ave and SR 303. The parade is generously being organized by a community volunteer, Sheila Watson: sheilawatson@remax.net.
Frontier
Frontier Communications is facilitating work in the City of Brunswick. They have the right to utilize the utility easement. Frontier is to notify households 4-7 days before work begins in your neighborhood.

Hometown Hero Banners
The City of Brunswick will display Hometown Hero Banners on utility poles three weeks prior to Veterans Day through the Friday after Veterans Day. Please see the application provided by the Medina County Veterans Memorial Fund for options, pricing, and how to order. Orders must be received by August 15, 2025. Contact Joe Destro at 440-567-5428 for additional information.
Water Main Repair
The City of Brunswick will be performing a replacement of the water main on SR 303 from Garfield Avenue to 400’ West of Troon, with anticipated construction in 2025. The project is designed and is currently under review by Cleveland Water Department (CWD). The water main replacement will be 100% paid for by CWD as part of the Suburban Water Main Renewal (SWMR) Program. The City will pay for the resurfacing of SR 303 that will accompany the project.

Boston Rd interchange information
Brunswick City Council has taken many steps to declare its opposition to the proposed interchange at Boston Road, including passing legislation and participating in local media. Find more info and resources here.
